Terms & Booking Policy

Last updated 6 June 2026

About these terms

These terms apply when you book an appointment with Next Generation Barbers (“we”, “us”, “our”) — a barbershop in Llanelli — through our website or online booking system. By making a booking you agree to them. The business is operated by Mark Gee, trading as Next Generation Barbers.

For how we handle your personal information, see our Privacy Policy.

Booking an appointment

  • Choose your barber, service, date and time and confirm your booking. You can book as a guest or create an account.
  • Please give an accurate name and mobile number so we can contact you about your appointment. We may send confirmations and reminders by email (and by text if you opt into SMS).
  • A booking is for the time slot shown. If you want extra services on the day, that's subject to the barber's availability.
  • We may not be able to honour a booking made with incorrect or incomplete details.

Cancelling or rescheduling

You can cancel or reschedule your appointment yourself up to 6 hours before your slot, from your account or your manage-booking link. After that, please contact the shop directly.

Cancel up to 6 hours before your appointment.

We'd always rather you let us know than not turn up — it frees the slot for someone else.

No-shows and late arrivals

No-shows will be charged the full amount on your next visit.

If you arrive late, we'll do our best to fit you in, but your appointment may need to be shortened or rebooked so the next customer isn't kept waiting.

Prices and payment

  • Prices shown online are a guide to our standard charges. The final price can vary depending on the work actually done (for example a longer or more complex cut).
  • Payment is taken in the shop at your appointment — we don't take payment online, so we never hold your card details.
  • We may update our prices from time to time; the price that applies is the one in effect on the day of your appointment.

When we may decline or cancel a booking

We may refuse, cancel or reschedule a booking — for example if a barber is unwell or unavailable, if the shop has to close, or in the rare case of abusive or disruptive behaviour. Where we cancel, we'll let you know and help you rebook wherever possible.

We may also restrict an account from booking online (for instance after repeated no-shows or misuse). If that affects you, please contact the shop.

Your account

If you create an account, keep your details accurate and your password to yourself — you're responsible for activity under your account. Let us know if you think someone else has access to it. You can update your details or close your account at any time.

Children

We're happy to cut children's hair, but a parent or guardian should make and manage the booking and be present at the appointment.

Changes

We may update these terms, our services, prices or opening hours from time to time. The date at the top shows when these terms were last changed; the version in force when you book is the one that applies to that booking.

Our responsibility to you

We take care to provide our services with reasonable skill. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your legal rights as a consumer, or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that can't be limited by law. Beyond that, we aren't responsible for losses we couldn't reasonably have foreseen.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to its courts.
